The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) is the foremost wine education organization with its certificates recognized worldwide. Minette is a WSET Certified Educator and has taught in Shanghai. She now concentrates on Level 2 and Level 3 courses in conjunction with Winevox in Bordeaux. The courses are in English so students have a triple training: in world wine knowledge, in tasting and in wine-specific English vocabulary.

Winevox is run by Brinda Bourhis and offers WSET wine education with Mini, translation services and organizes visits to Bordeaux for professional foreign groups or visits abroad for French producers wanting to export.
