Tastevin du Monde is run by Minette Constant, a British Master of Wine who has been in the wine trade for over 30 years. Her interest was kindled at university and she started working as a wine waiter in a fashionable London restaurant, followed by time with Christopher's and the Symington port family. In 1987, she moved to France with her husband, Rory, where after completing a wine-making course, she worked in vineyards and then set up her own business as a wine broker. In 1995 she obtained the Master of Wine qualification which is recognised internationally as a mark of excellence.
