Tastevin du Monde is run by British Master of Wine, Minette Constant, who has been in the wine trade for 20 years. Her interest was kindled at university and she started working as a wine waiter in a fashionable London restaurant, followed by time with Christopher's and the Symington port family. In 1987, she moved to France with her husband, Rory, where after completing a wine-making course, she worked in vineyards and then set up her own business as a wine broker. In 1995 she obtained the Master of Wine qualification which is recognised internationally as a mark of excellence.
